ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our well-established State Farm agency is looking for a part-time service rep to join our team. The successful candidate will have a natural ability to deliver friendly, reliable and accurate service and will be a multi-tasking wiz. This position will be weekday mornings at the Vicki Kipfmueller State Farm agency officen in Franklin, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 12:30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with inquiries, policy changes, billing and updates.
- Gather detailed information and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers.
- Provide outstanding service via all channels - phone, in-person, email, and text.
- Work independently successfully while also effectively collaborating with our team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must become licensed for WI property/casualty insurance sales.
- Proven history of reliability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
